Jeremy Smith qualified as a hypnotherapist back in 2004
and soon opened his first clinic in his home where he offered a wide range of
therapies including, from 2005, some unique weight loss techniques.
Hypnotherapy is all about relaxing and his soft and soothing
voice has brought healing to many people as well as the
removal of their phobias and increasing confidence and self
worth.
He has always been interested in past life regression as
a therapeutic technique and in 2005, after considerable
research, he offered regression as part of the range of
therapies available. Many people have since experienced
previous lives through hypnotherapy and without exception
their lives have been greatly enhanced by it.
Also in 2005 he introduced "Relaxation Holidays" where
people could travel both abroad and in the UK to hotels and
enjoy a wide variety of therapies including stopping smoking
and weight loss.
In 2006, he moved to Spain and started in practice again,
helping sales staff increase performance in addition to all
the normal hypnotherapies he offers. Past Life
Regression is still a major part of his work as well as
weight loss clinics, phobia removal and confidence building.
In 2008, after a long wait, he was initiated into the 1st
level of Reiki. A year later, in early 2009 he received his
initiation at level 2 and started offering Reiki as a
therapy on its own as well as to complement his hypnotherapy
work.
Relaxation Holidays are planned to start again in
